You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. If your return is approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
* Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, or other secure processors) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception.
